Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a return:

Personalized or customized products (e.g., Engraved gifts, custom messages) are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or is not returned in its original condition.
